The China Federation of Industrial Economics and 10 national industrial associations and federations across the country jointly formulated and issued the "Guidelines for Social Responsibility of China's Industrial Enterprises and Industrial Associations" and "Several Opinions on Advocating and Promoting the Fulfillment of Social Responsibility". The beneficial exploration and practice of the corporate social responsibility system and indicator system with Chinese characteristics shows the determination and goals of 11 industrial associations and federations across the country to promote this work, and also carry out social responsibility work and write social responsibility for enterprises. The report provides necessary guidance and assistance.
 
Before the meeting, President Xu Kuangdi met with Mr. Du Huixian, Senior Consultant of the UN Global Compact Office. The two sides exchanged views on the promotion of corporate social responsibility and harmonious development.
