To better help Chinese foreign contracting engineering company sets up the scale of the construction of the social responsibility, promote enterprise sets up the concept of global responsibility, in a more responsible way to carry out foreign contracted projects business, authorized by the Ministry of Commerce, China international contractors association, "China's foreign contracted projects industry social responsibility guidelines" (hereinafter referred to as the "guidelines").
