In recent years, the economic growth rate of my country's textile and garment industry has slowed down, the structure has been adjusted, the development situation at home and abroad is complex, and the industry is facing a new positioning. Guangdong Province has carried out a survey on the social responsibility industry to understand key issues in the industry and guide the development direction of the industry. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the survey results, the responsibility office of China Textile Federation organized advantageous expert resources, developed a series of training courses, and launched the first stop of corporate social responsibility training in Humen, a 100 billion industrial cluster.
 
Social Responsibility Training Series 1: "Supply Chain Management and Corporate Sustainable Development"
How can brand enterprises effectively carry out supply chain management? How do manufacturing companies integrate into the supply chain network? This is a core topic that is generally concerned by modern large and medium-sized enterprises.
As an enterprise develops from a big to a strong to a certain stage, strengthening supply chain management and standardizing the order of the supply chain has become an extremely important development task. However, in reality, brand companies often do not know how to develop supply chain social responsibility strategies and systems. Manufacturing companies do not understand and cooperate with the supply chain rules formulated by buyers, and upstream and downstream cannot form efficient and trustworthy partnerships, which ultimately restricts the supply chain. Efficiency improvement. Committed to improving the efficiency and trust relationship of the supply chain, the Social Responsibility Office of China National Textile and Apparel Council and the Humen Town Garment and Apparel Industry Management Committee specially held a training exchange meeting on "Supply Chain Management and Enterprise Sustainable Development" on August 24. And nearly 70 companies from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xiamen and other regions participated in the training.


At the beginning of the training, Tan Zhiqiang, director of the Humen Apparel and Apparel Industry Management Committee, first introduced the macroscopic status quo of the development of Humen’s apparel industry to the participating companies, and emphasized that under the new normal, the role of the supply chain in economic transformation and supply-side structural reform should be discussed to promote supply. Chain collaboration and innovation are of great significance to improving the development level of Humen's clothing and apparel industry. Participants are encouraged to listen carefully, apply what they have learned, and continuously improve their supply chain management capabilities to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. Subsequently, Yan Yan, director of the Social Responsibility Office of China National Textile and Apparel Council and deputy director of China Textile Information Center, introduced the background and starting point of this training, aiming to discuss the best solution for the continuous improvement of enterprise development capabilities, emphasizing that enterprises should take a healthy and Integrity, the necessity of sustainable development, supply chain management capabilities, open learning attitudes and legal compliance operations that enterprises need.


Jia Hongwei, senior consultant of the Social Responsibility Office of China National Textile and Apparel Council, first gave a speech. In the training module of "Rules to Maintain Supply Chain Order: Corporate Supply Chain Social Responsibility Management", he analyzed the development trend of supply chain social responsibility requirements and introduced Chinese brands. How to maintain supply chain order and improve supply chain efficiency by introducing an effective social responsibility management system.

Lin Zhiying, Vice President and Head of Supply Chain Management of Hong Kong Li & Fung Development (China) Co., Ltd. shared "Collaboration to Improve Supply Chain Efficiency: Requirements for Improving Suppliers' Social Responsibility Capability". He appeared and shared the construction and integration of Li & Fung's supply chain important experience and the construction of supply chain social responsibility, and emphasizes that enterprises can guarantee the high quality requirements of products and services by strengthening the cooperative relationship with suppliers.

 
Social Responsibility Training Series II: "E-commerce Platform Compliance and Operation"
The development and utilization of e-commerce to expand sales channels is the new normal in the development of the industry. E-commerce platforms have provided certain convenience for textile and garment enterprises. "The forum encourages industry enterprises to explore and try new businesses and new models on the basis of legal compliance, and build a positive relationship with consumers.
In view of the new problems and new characteristics of economic losses caused by violation of commercial norms in the process of "going online" in recent years, the China Textile Association organized a special training on the theme of "compliance and operation of e-commerce platforms", with more than 50 Specialized personnel responsible for e-commerce operations from one company participated in this training.
Zhu Jun, senior legal expert of Jingdong Group, explained in simple terms "Integrity Shapes Safety: How to Play the Role of E-commerce and Prevent Compliance Risks", and shared how to pay attention to and prevent intellectual property protection and consumer rights and interests when companies enter or operate e-commerce platforms protection and other related legal risks.

Zhao Xinjie, senior category development director of Amazon's global store opening, and Liu Fengge, head of Amazon's global logistics south area, shared "Efficiency Determines Direction: How to Leverage E-commerce Platforms to Expand Overseas Markets"; Chuangyingjun Network Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. Clothing Department Business Director Liu Ying gave a speech on "Operators and Manufacturers Collaborate and Win Through E-commerce Platforms".
